2-1/4" machine, you need a 2-3/8" cutter. Even though
Badge a Minit calls their machine a 2-1/4", it's actually
2-3/8".
Currently, we do not have a cutting die for 3" Badge a Minit machines.

If you're making a lot of buttons and are ready to move up to a more efficient cutter, the Utility / Die Cutting Press (shown on the left) is exactly what you are looking for.
It's an incredible piece of equipment and is the cutter we use to cut all the button designs we produce at Dr. Don's Buttons
Except for the aluminum work table, the
press is made of structural steel with hardened tool steel pivot
pins to provide a long service life.
The T-bar handle is convenient for left, right, or two-hand operation. It is ergonomically designed so the handle approaches the work zone at the bottom end of the working stroke to minimize unnecessary motion by the operator.
The press ram has an adjustment screw that allows the cutting or pressing to be completed when the operating handle is at the very bottom of its stroke where the mechanical advantage is greatest keeping exertion to an absolute minimum.
The design of this press is such that
it takes very little effort to cut through 15-20 sheets of standard
paper with one stroke of the press. (In plain English, you'll
be amazed at how little effort is necessary to cut through a
thick stack of paper).
A one inch thick plastic cutting board is shown on the press
table in the photo. It is used to protect the sharp edges of
the cutting dies.
