At Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges & More, we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for FREE on all the button machines we sell.
Why don't we charge for warranties?
You just purchased a $300+ machine, cutter and parts from us, we are happy to assist you if the machine needs repair.
We have been in business for over 25 years and 99% of the issues we have ever had is normal wear and tear on the machines. Customers call and we fix them over the phone or they send it to us and we fix it for free and send it back.
Who likes paying for warranties anyway? Companies don't sell these as a benefit to customers.
These machines are workhorses and don't often need repair.
If you did have an issue like a damaged die due to a forced screwdriver or hammer being taken to it, the out of pocket cost to repair the machine is often less than the extended warranties other companies try to sell you.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty
Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges & More warrants that our buttons machines will be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

What to do if your machine fails to function properly
If a button machine you purchased from Dr. Don's Buttons fails to function properly, give us a call. In many cases, problems can be resolved over the phone with a simple adjustment.
If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone, we will have you return your machine so we can determine what is causing the problem.
If it is determined the problem is covered by the warranty, at our option we will either repair or replace your machine FREE OF CHARGE. If it is determined that the problem is not covered by the warranty, we will advise you what it would cost to repair the machine.
Before you return your machine, you MUST first call our shipping department and obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). The RMA # allows us to track your machine and helps us determine what we need to do to the machine once we receive it.
When you have an RMA #, go ahead and return your machine.
Please include 5 to 10 defective buttons that were made using the machine. Doing so helps us diagnose the problem and determine the problem you are having with your machine.

Be sure to carefully package your machine so it won't be damaged in transit.
I highly recommend insuring your machine, as we are not responsible for machines that are lost or damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Damage caused by foreign objects interacting with the machine. Example, if the machine gets jammed and someone took a screw driver to the die set, or a hammer to it, in an attempt to fix it themselves. (The right way to unjam a machine)
Damage caused by negligent care of the machine. Example, if you kept your machine at the bottom of a lake or threw it off a cliff.
