Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges & More
warrants that our buttons machines will be free of defects in
material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
What
to do if your machine fails to function properly
If a button
machine you purchased from Dr. Don's Buttons fails to function
properly, give us a call. In many cases, problems can be resolved
over the phone with a simple adjustment.
If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone, we will
have you return your machine so we can determine what is causing
the problem.
If it is determined the problem is covered by the warranty, at
our option we will either repair or replace your machine FREE
OF CHARGE. If it is determined that the problem is not covered
by the warranty, we will advise you what it would cost to repair
the machine.
Before you
return your machine, you MUST first call our shipping
department and obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization
number). The RMA # allows us to track your machine and helps
us determine what we need to do to the machine once we receive
it.
When you have
an RMA #, go ahead and return your machine.
Please include 5
to 10 defective buttons that were made using the machine. Doing so helps
us diagnose the problem and determine the problem you are having
with your machine.
