Model 100:

To make buttons with our Model 100 button machine, simply place a metal shell (sharp edge down), printed graphic, and mylar disc into the shallow die and a collet (the button back) into the deeper one (sharp edge up). Rotate the die table clockwise one half turn and pull the handle down. Then rotate the table counter-clockwise one half turn and pull the handle down again. Remove the button and insert the pin.

 

Model 225:

To make a button with our Model 225, simply place a metal shell (sharp edge down), printed graphic, and mylar disc into the shallow die and a pin-back button part into the deep one (sharp edge up). Rotate the die table clockwise one half turn and pull down the handle down. Then rotate the table counter-clockwise one half turn and pull the handle down again to finish the button.

 

Model 300 SX:

To make a button with our Model 300 SX, simply place a metal shell (sharp edge down), printed graphic, and mylar disc into the shallow die and a pin-back button part into the deep one. Rotate the die table clockwise one half turn and pull the handle down. Then rotate the table counter-clockwise one half turn and pull the handle down again to finish the button.
