At Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges & More, we offer the fastest service in the industry for producing
buttons / stickers and we stand behind our promise with our Next Day Service Guarantee.

NEXT DAY SERVICE GUARANTEE
Order can be submitted using any submission method we offer, including Online Design Studio, email form, or by phone where we will create artwork for you.
Order can be up to 2500 pin-back buttons, and/or 10,000 labels / lapel stickers.
Deadline for submission:
7:00pm EST on business day prior to day order is to ship
Online Design Studio orders automatically qualify. Other submission methods require customer to ask for and receive Next Day Service guarantee number
Qualifying orders will ship from our office the NEXT business day or order is FREE! (less shipping)

With our "Next Day" Service Guarantee, qualifying orders of buttons/ lapel stickers submitted Monday - Friday, during business hours, on a normal business day, will be produced and shipped the following business day...
or they're FREE!

The buttons / stickers you order can be round, rectangular, or square.


What constitutes a qualifying order?

Quantities

Orders up to
2500 pin-back buttons, and/or 10,000 labels / lapel stickers are eligible for our "Next Day" Service Guarantee.


Larger Quantities

If you need buttons or stickers in a quantity that exceeds the quantities covered in our "Next Day" Service Guarantee, go ahead and give us a call. It's possible we could still produce and ship your order the following business day. However, it would not be covered under the "Next Day" Service Guarantee.

Please note: The "Next Day" Service Guarantee refers to when the qualifying order will be shipped, not when the order will arrive.

Orders submitted through our Online Button Design Studio
If you use our Online Design Studio to create artwork for an order of buttons and/or lapel stickers, and you submit your order by 7:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday (on a normal business day), orders of up to 1000 pin-back buttons and/or 10,000 lapel stickers automatically qualify for our "Next Day" Service Guarantee and will ship the very next business day... or they're FREE!


Orders submitted by phone, mail, email, or using an online submission form Customers who submit their order by phone, mail, email, or using an online submission form MUST follow the three steps listed below to qualify for our "Next Day" Service Guarantee.

1. View your proof.
After you submit your order by phone, mail, email, or using one of our online submission forms, we will create an online proof of your button / lapel sticker and direct you to a private area of our web site where you can view the proof of your item.

2. Approve the design.
If
you are satisfied with how your online proof looks, call and let one of our Approval Department know that you would like to approve the design. They will confirm the details for your order, including which method of payment you wish to use.

3. Ask for a "Next Day" Service Guarantee Acceptance Number.
After you provide the necessary shipping and payment information, ask our Approval Department representive for a "Next Day" Service Guarantee Acceptance Number.
Orders that receive a "Next Day" Service Guarantee Acceptance Number by 7:00 PM (PST) Monday - Friday (on a normal business day) will ship the next business day...or they're FREE!

Be sure to write down and save the Guarantee Acceptance Number, as it is needed to place a claim under the "Next Day" Service Guarantee.

What if I submit my order after 7:00 PM? - (Eastern Standard Time)
We always do our best to get orders out, even if the deadline for the "Next Day" Service Guarantee has passed. So, even if you were to submit an order after 7:00 PM EST, I promise you that our staff will do everything possible to produce and ship your order the next business. We just cannot guarantee it.

However, orders submitted after 7:00 PM (EST), on a normal business day, would be guaranteed to ship on the second business day, following submission of your order using the Online Button Design Studio, or after receiving a "Next Day" Service Guarantee Acceptance Number.

For the purpose of clarity, here are examples that describe what the "Next Day" Service Guarantee covers and would not cover:

Example 1: You place a qualifying order for buttons and lapel stickers and finalize the transaction at 7:00 PM (EST) on Tuesday, which is a normal business day. We guarantee your order will ship on Wednesday (unless Wednesday is a holiday, in which case it would ship on Thursday) or it will be FREE.

Example 2: You place an order for buttons and lapel stickers and finalize the transaction at 4:00 PM (PST) on Friday, which was a normal business day. Because Saturday and Sunday aren't business days, we guarantee your order will ship on Monday (unless Monday is a holiday, in which case it would ship on Tuesday) or it will be FREE.

Example 3: You finalize an order on Saturday or Sunday. Because Saturday and Sunday aren't business days, we guarantee your order would ship by Tuesday (unless Tuesday is a holiday, in which case it would ship on Wednesday) or it would be FREE. However, as previously mentioned, we would do our best to get the order shipped out on Monday.

Example 4: You place an order for buttons and lapel stickers and finalize the transaction at 9:00 PM (PST) on Monday, a normal business day. Even though the order was finalized after the deadline to insure it would be produced and shipped on Tuesday, we would still do our best to ship it on Tuesday. We just cannot guarantee it will ship on Tuesday. However, if we are unable to ship it on Tuesday, your order would ship on Wednesday... or they will be FREE!

Example 5: You submit what otherwise would be a qualifying order. However, the credit card provided is "declined" when we go to process it. While we will do our best to resolve the payment issue and ship your order the next business day, our "Next Day" Service Guarantee would not apply.

Example 7: You place a qualifying order and ask us to ship it with _________ shipping company. We ship the order, as you instructed, on the following business day. However, due to a delivery delay caused by the shipping company, or by an Act of God, your package doesn't arrive as expected. Our "Next Day" Service Guarantee would not apply in this instance, since the order was produced and shipped the following business day.

Example 8: Should there be any sort of "production" delay on our part, we reserve the right to upgrade shipping on your order (at our expense) to match the expected date of delivery of your order. Doing so would be in lieu of us defaulting on the "Next Day" Service Guarantee.

Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders, or refuse to produce orders, if:

artwork submitted contains copyrighted material for which the person submitting the order does not hold the copyright;

the design submitted is highly offensive or libelous; or if for ANY reason we are unable to process orders (power outage, inability to access the Internet, Acts of God, etc).

We reserve the right to modify the quantities covered in the guarantee and/or discontinue this program at any time, without prior notice.
