"Same Day" Service Guarantee
At Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges & More, we offer unbelievably fast service for custom-printed buttons and lapel stickers. And we do so without charging rush service fees.
"Same Day" Service Guarantee
Orders for buttons and/or lapel stickers that qualify for our "Same Day" Service Guarantee will be produced and shipped the SAME DAY the order is placed... or they will be Free!.
To qualify for our "Same Day" Service Guarantee, the order MUST be:
- placed and paid for using our Online Button Design Studio
(orders submitted by other means may qualify for our "Next Day" Service Guarantee)
- placed on a normal business day (Monday-Friday, except Holidays)
(qualifying orders placed on a non-business day will ship the next business day)
- placed and paid for no later than 11:30 AM (Eastern Standard Time)
(qualifying orders placed and paid for after that time will ship the next business day)
- for pin-back buttons (250 or fewer) and/or lapel stickers (1000 or fewer)
(larger orders may qualify for our "Next Day" Service Guarantee
Orders for buttons and stickers that meet the criteria for our "Same Day" Service Guarantee will be shipped that same day... or they are FREE!!
Orders that do not meet the criteria for our "Same Day" Service Guarantee may still qualify for our "Next Day" Service Guarantee, in which case they could be shipped the following business day.
Please note: Same Day Service means the order will be shipped the same day the qualifying order is placed. It does NOT mean the order will arrive the same day the order is shipped.

Using the Online Button Design Studio.
If you need buttons or stickers for a political campaign, there are two ways you can use the Online Button Design Studio to create artwork for your order.
The first, and easiest, is to modify one of our political button templates.
Our templates have all the key design elements in place (text, stars, ribbons etc) and all you have to do is modify the text and change the color of anything you'd like changed.
If you'd like to see about modifying one of political button templates, simply browse through our collection of templates and see if you find one you like. The templates that can be modified in the Online Button Design Studio are underlined in blue, like the example shown below.
If a template is not underlined (like the one shown above on the left), it is not currenlty available for use in our Online Button Design Studio.
Modifying a template is fun and it's easy. You can change the text, type style... you can even change the background color of the various templates we offer!
A second way to use our Online Button Design Studio is to create your own design.
With this method, you create a background color scheme in the Curved Text Studio portion of the Online Button Design Studio and then add any text you wish.
If you have artwork or a photo for your button or lapel sticker order (saved in a .jpg format), you may be able to upload it to the Photo Button Studio portion of the Online Button Design Studio and create your own design. You can even adjust the size of the artwork or photo, relative to the size of the button. You can also add any text you wish.
UPS Ground Shipping - Days in Transit Calculator
Shown below is a UPS "Days in Transit" map that shows how long it would take for a package shipped using UPS Ground to get from our office to various areas of the United States.
What our "Same Day" Service Guarantee covers
If we fail to ship your qualifying order the same business day that it is placed, we will refund the full price of your buttons / stickers less shipping charges.
Scenario #1 - You place an order for 250 buttons and 1000 stickers. Your order meets all the criteria outlined above, but for some reason we don't complete your order and ship it as promised. In this case, the buttons / stickers you ordered would be FREE!
What it does not cover
Our "Same Day" Service Guarantee does not cover loss or delays while the package is in transit, or for delays caused by "Acts of God".
Scenario #2 - You order 250 buttons and ask us to ship the order using _________ shipping company. We ship the order that same business day according to your instructions, but due to a delay caused by the shipping company, your package doesn't arrive when it should have. Our "Same Day" Service Guarantee would not apply because in this example, the order was produced and shipped that same day.
Scenario #3 - You place an order using the Online Button Design Studio, but the order is for 1000 buttons, or the order is placed after 11:30 AM (EST), or the credit card provided is "declined" when we go to process it. In cases such as these, the "Same Day" Service Guarantee would not apply.
If we are able to resolve the credit card payment information that same day, our Next Day Service Guarantee would apply and the order would ship the next business day.
Should there be any sort of "production" delay, we reserve the right to upgrade shipping on your order (at our expense) to match the expected date of delivery for your order. Doing so would be in lieu of us defaulting on the "Same Day" Service Guarantee.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time, and to do so without prior notice.
