work will be able to finish your order on time.
But if you haven't dealt with that company before, how could
you possibly know whether their promises actually mean anything?

make promises!
We stand behind our promises with a GUARANTEE... a guarantee
that if we agree to produce your order of pin-back buttons or
lapel stickers and they aren't produced and ready to ship 24
hours after we receive design approval (and credit card payment),
they will be yours FREE of CHARGE!!
Dr. Don's Speedy Service Guarantee
is available on pin-back button orders up to 2500 pieces and
lapel sticker orders up to 10,000 pieces.

There are steps YOU MUST take
to qualify for our Speedy Service Guarantee, so please
take time to read the following information carefully.
Speedy Service Guarantee - 5 Steps
1. Submit your order by phone, email, or using one of our online
order forms.
2. Have us create an online
proof of the item you wish to order.
3. View the online proof. If
you are satisfied with the look of your online proof, call our
Approval Department and speak to an Approval Department Representative
and let them know that you are approving the design.
4. If you haven't done so already,
provide our Approval Department with details on how to ship your
order, where to ship it, and which credit card you'd like to
use to pay for the order.
5. Once you have provided the information discussed above, ask
our Approval Department Representive to provide you with a "Speedy
Service Guarantee Number". Write this number down and keep it
in a safe place. To place a claim under
the Speedy Service, you will need to provide this number.
What our Speedy Service
Guarantee Covers
If we fail to ship your qualifying
order of buttons or lapel stickers within 24 hours of the time
you have given design approval (or the next business day, in
cases where the order is placed on a Friday or the day before
a holiday), we will refund the price of the buttons or lapel
stickers (less shipping charges).
Scenario #1 - You place an order for 1000 buttons or lapel
stickers, follow the 5 Steps outlined above, but for some reason
we are unable to complete the order as promised. In a case such
as this, we will refund the full cost of the buttons or lapel
stickers.
What it Does Not Cover
Our Speedy Service Guarantee
does not cover delays while the package is in transit or for
delays that are caused by "Acts of God".
Scenario #2 - You place an order for 1000 buttons or lapel
stickers and ask us to ship the order using _________ shipping
company. We ship the order 24 hours later, according to your
instructions, but due to a delay in delivery caused by weather
conditions, or any other reason, the package doesn't arrive when
it should have. In cases such as these, the Speedy Service Guarantee
would not apply.
Items shipped from our office are shipped "Freight On
Board" or FOB for short. When a company ships FOB, the
moment the package is in the hands of the shipping company, responsibility
for the shipment shifts from the shipper to the shipping company
that you chose and any and all liability for that package rests
with that shipping company.
Scenario #3 - You place an order for buttons or lapel
stickers but did not follow steps 4 or 5, as outlined above.
For example, you didn't call and speak to a representative to
approve the order (instead, you sent an email or left a voice
mail), the credit card you provided is "declined" when
we go to approve it, you didn't ask for a Speedy Service Guarantee
Number or you didn't write down the Speedy Service Guarantee
Number our Representative provided. In any such case, the Speedy
Service Guarantee would not apply.
Should there be a production delay on our end, we reserve the
right to upgrade shipping on any order (at our expense) to match
the expected date of delivery of any order. Doing so would be
in lieu of our defaulting on the Speedy Service Guarantee
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this program at
any time, without prior notice.
