At Dr. Don's Buttons, we provide a limited Lifetime Warranty on all the button machines we offer.
Our Warranty
If any part of any button machine purchased from Dr. Don's Buttons should break or fail to function, under normal operation, using button parts purchased from Dr. Don's Buttons, we will repair or replace that machine FREE OF CHARGE for as long as you own the machine!
What to do if your machine fails to function properly
If you purchased your button machine from Dr. Don's Buttons and it fails to function properly, give us a call at (800) 243-8293. We will do their best to determine what the problem is and direct you what to do.
Before you return your machine, you MUST first call our shipping department and obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). The RMA # allows us to track your machine and gives us background information on what we need to do when your machine arrives.
Once you receive your RMA #, go ahead and return your machine.
If the issue you are having is quality issues with the buttons being made, please include 5 to 10 defective buttons that show the problem you are having. Doing so will help us to better diagnose the problem.
