The wholesale discount we offer is 10% on quantities up to 3000 pieces and 5% on quantities greater than 3000 pieces.
Super Fast Turnaround Times
While other companies typically offer a 5-7 day turnaround time unless you pay a HUGE rush service fee, at Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges & More we offer the fastest turnaround times in the industry without rush service fees. Most orders of buttons or lapel stickers will be produced and shipped Same Business Day or Next Business Day (after design approval). We also offer Same / Next Business Day Printing for flyers and brochures. Most other items, depending on quanities will be Next Business Day, except door hangers, which are typically 3 business days.
What's needed to qualify
To qualify for wholesale pricing, you MUST provide a tax ID number / sales license information that shows you are a reseller in the print / promotional products industry.
Your first order
Due to the amountof time it takes to receive and verify the required information and then set up an account for new customers, we do not offer discounts on the first order. However, the wholesale discount is available on all subsequent orders after your tax id / sales license information has been received.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on our web site always reflect current pricing. So please check our web site before quoting a job to a customer.
Pricing is per design.
Pricing for any item is per design. Multiple designs are counted as multiple orders with respect to quantity pricing.
The items we produce are printed on either a Xerox 700 Digital Color Laser Printer or a Xerox Docu-color 5000 digital color laser printer. Thus we are unable to offer exact PMS color matching. If you need a color match, please specify in the "special colors" field on our order form and we will check to see how close we can come to the color(s) you need. We are unable to print metallic or neon inks.
Wholesale discounts do not apply to art charges, shipping, other fees, or accessories. The discount only applies to custom-printed items, not button-macines or button-making supplies.

Properly sizing artwork for your buttons
When setting up artwork for a button, there are 3 dimensions we are concerned about. They are:
Image Area, Background Color, and Cut Line.
A description of these terms can be seen below.
Image Area - sometimes called "live area"; this is the area in which the text and graphics need to be contained. Doing so keeps your text and graphic images from getting too close to the edge of your button and possibly going over the side.
Background Color - If you'd like your button to have a colored background or a "bleed", use this figure to properly size the background for your design. This figure is important, so please make certain any background or background color (other than white) is the exact size called for.
Cut Line - Our employees use the cut line to accurately cut your artwork. It helps us make certain your artwork is centered on your button. The cutline should be a 1 point black line.
* If your artwork has a background color / bleed, and you have size the cut line according to our directions, you should see a white gap between the cutline and the background/bleed. This is as it should be.
